See what we have achieved below:

Mobile Service Management Application

This application allowed companies to measure, manage, and optimize their mobile service organizations through a suite of functionalities. The app enabled the field technician to view the location of the work orders to be completed for the day.

Orders were prioritized (by the connected Enterprise System) according to a number of priorities outside the scope of this work. Over the course of the day, additional work orders may be added to the routing, and existing work orders may be deleted. Once the field service engineer is onsite, and has begun the individual work order or work orders, specific, detailed instructions for each step of the work order were provided to the engineer.

In addition, the field service engineer can capture the time required for the work order in order to meet regulatory requirements, and to provide work order related analytics. This app also provided inventory management for warehouse employees.

Mobile Customer Account Management Application

The application allowed utilities companies to extend customer engagement processes via mobile devices. The mobile application was designed to support core processes in the areas of Customer Account Management, Billing and Payment, as well as Service Management.

The app enabled convenient contact with the customer, in a contextually meaningful manner. It also enabled the customer to view and understand their bill (consumption and amount) and pay any, or all, outstanding payables. It also enabled the customer to view past and future appointments for all services provided by the utility. The app also enabled the customer to access the Twitter feed of the utility where one is available.

The application had to provide a secure means for the customer to access the application and the functionality described above. At a minimum, a unique User ID and Password were used to validate identity. The initial application was written for and run on Appleā€™s iOS operating system. The custom application was intuitive, i.e., an end consumer could download the application and take full advantage of the functionality without the need for a manual and supported by easy navigation.
